I'm gonna say one more thing about these guys and then leave it alone for awhile.
They have the capacity to play all sorts of music, rock, pop, lyrical odes, sea shanties, experimental, punk, metal, folk, country, electronic, and
well, you name it. they have songs that sound just like old school devo, david bowie, prince, they do 'precise' covers of grateful dead, led
zeppelin, pink floyd, motorhead, billy joel and the allman brothers. If you like modern music, there will be something there for you.
I'm not getting paid for this. I just love em.
and nobody else dares to sound like them.
most of those vids up there are definitive ween type songs and shows their early weirdocity -- making a name for themselves. They headlined
lollapalooza last year with the flaming lips and sonic youth.
they have so many records and so many consert rec's floating around . . .scallopino - 16-12-2006 at 14:28
