hum, this time, I'm sure I'll be able to make it to Paris to see them, since I should be in Amiens at that time, which is only an hour away by train.

Hey we've been to Amiens! Bcause it's near the border it's one of the first places where you can get a camping site while being in France.

I'll be in Tilburg definitely, it's close to home, half hour by train... Amsterdam is going to be troublesome because it's granny's birthday...

Pappawas1975 - 25-5-2007 at 12:09

Im going to London. Ray White for this tour, which is gonna be great. The Tilburg venue ( 013 ) is a great venue BB. Ive played there in the past and it rocks.....ZPZ 07 here we come!

BBP - 25-5-2007 at 13:02

Never been to 013... I disliked the hall because the arrival of this pop centre meant that a lot of bands played there instead of in Eindhoven. But now that Eindhoven has a decent concert hall (shame they had to destroy the old factory hall for it, but hey...) with good acoustics, they just might defect back.

Pappawas1975 - 27-5-2007 at 11:35

Well, at least London and Tilburg are standing venues, I hate seated ones...as nice as the Albert Hall is.

punknaynowned - 27-5-2007 at 12:33

Hi,
Have you been to Elisabeth Hall in Antwerp?
I'm trying to figure my trip to yurrip with that show as a signpost
fly to Rome,
train to Venice, stay for a week
train to Antwerp for the zpz show
maybe a day in Amsterdam,
fly home

BBP - 27-5-2007 at 15:01

Hey! Come and stay over!
I'm thinking of going there, but getting there is going to be troublesome, especially if I have to stay there.

punknaynowned - 27-5-2007 at 15:19

woah!
is it a train thing? they only go at certain times?
How far can it be to Antwerp form Eindhoven?
crazy, inconvenient times?

actually I'm checking on the money and the times right now . . .

BBP - 29-5-2007 at 10:03

Trains don't travel to and from Eindhoven at night... though we're trying to get them to...
And I'm not even sure if there's a direct connection between the two. Lemme check:

Nothing direct: you can travel from Eindhoven to Breda to Roosendaal to Antwerp: that will cost nearly 2 hours, or you can travel from Eindhoven to Dordrecht to Antwerp and that takes 2:20. Reverse is the same thing. The last time you can leave is 22:33 from Antwerpen Centraal, then you're in Eindhoven at 1:54.

It will be fun if we can travel by train together, because I can travel for free from Mondays to Fridays and with 40% price cut in weekends, and I can bring up to 3 persons with me, then they get to travel at redux fare.

wowowowowowow!!!

my first plan was to use a '3-country' euro rail pass, to travel in Italy, then cross France and on thru Belgium and Holland as they consider 'Benelux' one country. So I would use a euro rail pass.
Is it all the same? would one of those passes work?
I would probably not be able to get in on yer discount but it would be fun that's fer sure.
I AM excited about this trip. Just have toi make sure I can afford it . . .
keeping my fingers crossed!

and thanx fer the gracious invite Bonny:shy::biggrin::biggrin:

BBP - 31-5-2007 at 20:55

Hope you can! It'll be so much fun!
I've never used a Euro Rail pass... or heard of it... but it sounds amazing! It may work very well! Especially if you can get on the TGV with it.

punknaynowned - 13-6-2007 at 02:11

TGV?

BBP - 13-6-2007 at 16:53

French high-speed trains. Travels between Paris and Marseille. And maybe elsewhere too.

aquagoat - 16-6-2007 at 06:35

yes , elsewhere too. it goes from bordeaux to Lilles, for exemple. and many other directions.

BBP - 16-6-2007 at 20:21

Hey! You're on-line! How are you?

aquagoat - 18-6-2007 at 07:43

very well, thank you and you dear Bonny, what's up ?

punknaynowned - 21-6-2007 at 19:06

Monsieur Aquagoat, nice to see you again.
and Miss Bonny, do you think you'll be going to the Antwerp show?
I wonder how late the show will run with the train schedules being how they are. tho the show is supposed to start at 8 . . .

aquagoat - 21-6-2007 at 19:14

nice to see you again, punknaynowned.

Hey Punky! I think I'll be going to the Antwerp show, will be doing some sight seeing as well. Shall we hook up?

punknaynowned - 3-7-2007 at 03:30

I've been having problems with my internet connection. It goes in an out and often I can't tell if I've sent want I've tried to send, if that makes any sense
and also explains why I haven't beeen around on the internet at all.
but I hope to be back sooner rather than later

BBP - 4-7-2007 at 08:39

That's too bad... hope your PC gets there eventually...

punknaynowned - 25-7-2007 at 16:31

I can't make it, I won't be there
yeh I'm bummed
in Antwerp that is

BBP - 26-7-2007 at 15:13

Ah no! Shame! :(

BBP - 8-8-2007 at 12:33

After seeing the prices, I think I'll stick with Tilburg. Prices will reach 40 E. Somewhere I read that Melkweg Amsterdam will let you pay 60 E for a ticket. But after reading their site that's over-estimated.

Strange. For the first tour of ZPZ, I bought a VIP-ticket as soon as they were on sale. I even woke up early for it. And now I still haven't got any tickets. Somehow I can't be put to buying them.

BBP - 6-10-2007 at 17:43

Antwerp will be starting in an hour... Damn! Could've been there without worrying of getting up early in the morning! If I had transport, of course. :( Oh well. Too late now.
