REMOVE ALL SMILEYS. That would help. Really.
James - 11-11-2005 at 12:58
Seriously? How come?
BBP - 11-11-2005 at 13:43
No! I like smilies... though that Star Trek thing is quite annoying... Either way, Gojira, there's a Disable Smilies checkbox next to your Reply
box. A very helpful tool that is.
James - 11-11-2005 at 13:56
I'll remove that one.
BBP - 11-11-2005 at 14:00
Thank you! I found it rather distracting...Though there may be some protest at it.
James - 11-11-2005 at 14:02
I doubt it :P. Anyway, what do you think of the other ideas?
BBP - 11-11-2005 at 14:09
I like the idea of submitting reviews... I used to have lengthy and thorough reviews of albums (mainly Primus ones) on my web page, but I threw them
away since no-one read them.
I'm always in for more smilies (I'm still waiting for that kiss). Tip: Angry!
Pappawas1975 - 11-11-2005 at 17:17
I just never got with the whole smilies / emoticons thing...sorry!!
James - 11-11-2005 at 17:57
Why sorry? It's all good!
Pappawas1975 - 26-11-2005 at 20:26
AAARRRGGGHHH!!!! Please dont VOB! And, yes, I do.....Little bastards.....They are up there with ringtones.....
Pappawas1975 - 30-11-2005 at 14:18
Its not just that frog thing with me though, its any fucking ring tone....I like my phone to make phone noises, not play the latest ringtone craze or
"real" tone.....Drives me insane.....
BBP - 30-11-2005 at 18:43
NO MORE RINGTONES!
It was April 19th, 2000. I was on school trip to London with some 30 class-mates and three teachers. We visited the musical Blood Brothers. At the
beginning, they had this stage-hiding wall-to-wall projecting scene, on which they projected blue wavy lines. These were then mixed with red wavy
lines. Then the blue lines dissappeared altogether, leaving the hall in an eerie state, with nervous music on the background, and two corpses being
covered with them brown cloths...
And then a mobile phone went off.
James - 30-11-2005 at 21:36
Sucks.
BBP - 30-11-2005 at 21:42
It did.
The day before we went to Cats, and they said in advance of that show: "if your mobile goes off, you're OUT!"
And it worked. Of course, in Cats there are a number of situations that are dangerous for the actors (like there was a huge hole in the stage, if you
drop in you fall 13 feet), and if one fuzzy kitten gets distracted, it could mean disaster.
