had a different day at the job today. did a little kitchen work (like normal) but then got asked to go along to a coffee roaster in KC (50km away) to help select a blend of coffee for the store. Wasn't happy we were switching but it seems we'll be getting a better overall deal. I was so wired all afternoon and then came home and crashed hard.
so all in all it was like a half a day at the beach instead of the regular deal. hooray! and now I have a three day weekend. ta-da!
nice when it works out like that. :-D

got to hang out with the big bosses too all the way in and back and talk about all the stuff that doesn't normally get talked about. so it was a good day.

31 march there is a reel to reel day. The fifth we organize so there must be something extra. Normally we repair and listen and now we have a little showroom for the rare or specials. I organize that but most of the exhibit will be come out of my collection and must be in a top condition.
That's hard working. And just in the middle of that my distribution belt broke during drive. So that was an unplanned restoration of the motor.

To tell you the truth, he's why I'd been taking a break. He was definitely spoiling the place. I think he really is just plain stupid. He was behaving like a young child who always has to have the last word. You were simply trying to tell him to stop commenting about it and he had to keep on telling you how you don't get it. Pathetic. Isaac's computer has broken down, have you noticed how civilised things are at the Zappa forum? Remove just two people and everything changes, which pretty much proves the point.

I know the Zappa-forum got a lot of heat from people at Unmoderated (Scallop: that's a closed Zappa-fan-forum run by one Zappa.com member and inhabited by nothing but Zappa.com forum members) for banning Zombie's ass but he was definitely the one destroying every potential conversation replacing it by exclamations.
I sent Zombie and Isaac a final warning by PM. Haven't seen Isaac since, and you know what happened to Zombie.
