useful free software

A new topic for free software on the internet
Tips yu may have are welcome
Today I start with ORBIT. I found it somewhere on the internet.

When do you use ORBIT
You use ORBIT to get flv swf and other streaming files from the internet. Known is that you can save files from youtube and others, but this thing saves everything.

It works globally like this
When you visit a website with streaming content you see the button "Get it". Then the program asks you to refresh the page. While loading the programs lists the files of the website. You simply mark the video file and the download starts.

The alternative I used before was CaptureWiz, a program that captures everything from the screen. But that was a 30days shareware program and not always working OK when you did not have the right audiocard.

Me myself at this moment am looking for a free program that makes it possible for me to make proper dvd menus for mpeg files.
