A pogen is in Dutch infinitive, meaning "to try". The pic comes from a local newspaper in the north of Belgium (in Turnhout), near the border.

The easiest-to-recognize building in Florence to me is the Dome of the church. When it was initiated, Guillaume DuFay composed something for the occasion, one of the most famous pieces of the era.
