Great album cover. What's the music like?
it's english folk music, lots of acoustic guitars, melodies and melancholy.

How's The Mars Volta? Dweezil considers them worthy followers of his father, "if they learn to play better".

i like them quite a lot, they play rather well, in my opinion even though they're not on the same level as Vai or Wackerman, etc, etc..
there's a pop side wth complex so g structures that I like.

here are exceprts from another album and one from Frances the mute:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcVnfh-epsI

but the most interesting album among the four I bought is in lingua mortua, here's an extract:

They're cool, a bit of a rough Mr Bungle or Dog Fashion Disco.
Sweet Insanity some 6/8 poetry
Moonlight City Drive Noisier but has the amazing lyric "legs spread like disease".

It's pretty good: not my favorite...

Just seen that Martina Topley-Bird. I know her first solo album was praised and that she is on Antipop doing backing vocals on Dirty Drowning Man; how is that album you have from her?

it's a cool soul/ trip-hop album, here are two songs from her first record:

I prefered when she sang with Tricky, though.
