OK... it's silent out here once more...

Say, if anyone's interested, I just took up knitting.

I've been really busy with my new job and other stuff, so I don't post a lot anymore. I'm still lurking here frequently though...

Make a jazz noise here...

Hey kids! Do you hear that sound? . . . Freaks will be coming from miles around!

I've decided I despise the zappaforum again.:pissed:

had a different day at the job today. did a little kitchen work (like normal) but then got asked to go along to a coffee roaster in KC (50km away) to help select a blend of coffee for the store. Wasn't happy we were switching but it seems we'll be getting a better overall deal. I was so wired all afternoon and then came home and crashed hard.
so all in all it was like a half a day at the beach instead of the regular deal. hooray! and now I have a three day weekend. ta-da!
nice when it works out like that.:-D
got to hang out with the big bosses too all the way in and back and talk about all the stuff that doesn't normally get talked about. so it was a good day.

Had a test at school myself, open-book but with a LOT of book, some 1000 page worth reading in English and German. Fingers crossed!

I had that new name problem when I tried to join the Rubik-forum. And when I logged in to Internet banking and mixed up my user name and password.

Hope your back is all-right from all that weight-lifting Scallop!

I'm still around, but indeed a little quit
31 march there is a reel to reel day. The fifth we organize so there must be something extra. Normally we repair and listen and now we have a little showroom for the rare or specials. I organize that but most of the exhibit will be come out of my collection and must be in a top condition.
That's hard working. And just in the middle of that my distribution belt broke during drive. So that was an unplanned restoration of the motor.

Because we love you?
You bought it because you had an idea, try to work on that.
Maybe something is happened in your live that makes you feel that you have invented the blues.

And now I'm again earnestly thinking of giving up. This place is a platform for spanners, and pretty much the only activity I'm doing out here is deleting their accounts. And now I even find myself having to delete their topics.
