Finally managed to track a copy down, and have just started it and its great so far....Of course, closely linked with Zappa et al, definitely
recommend it, even though Im only a few pages in.......

Yeah, I saw Ms. Pamela on a documentary series called "Porn Rock" about the relationship between sex and rock and roll.

They talked about her "sculptures" and that book as well.
As a side note, some of the crazy shit that some people have done just reminded me that although Frank delved into the sleazy side of the human
psyche, it was never ever in a sick or disgusting way.

Finished this a couple days ago...I enjoyed it, worth reading simply due to the notoriety of it all, but I gotta say I was kinda bored by the end...

did she tell the story when she met Jimmy Page back in the day where he shows her a case (gift?) full of whips and bondage equipment. She was
thrilled and a bit creeped out if memory serves. But I DO remember mr page assuring her he would never use those on her . . . LOL

I have no idea, I'm just reporting what I remember reading -- couldn't tell ya which book it was, maybe Hammer Of The Gods about Led Zeppelin? my
understanding was that he thought better of her than to use them . . . but her method is to show all these big rock stars treating her especially
well. That's the source of her fame.
