Why do Americans .....?

sometimes think you are European dirt or something like that.
In december I found some rare radiotubes I needed in a NY based internetshop.
I asked info, but they did not reply.
Maybe that was due to the christmas business, but when I repeated my question in April, it stays unanswered.

I gather Ded, did you get or not the insurance for the tubes?
and you never received a confirmation email of any kind from them?
It says farther down the page that they'll send such an email but if they didn't, maybe they never received the emails of your request.

or -- did you use the 'secure online' format they say is available?

this may answer a couple questions that might resolve this

only here to help :)

Maybe they did not receive my emails, but normally when a message not could be delivered I receive an errormessage.
If their server is on the blaklist of my American based mailserver I do not receive their replies.
Time for a phonecall I presume
Tnx for your advise

They look like they have some really neat things but there are *other* Web shops around and although I've never been a customer they've *already* lost me as a *potential* customer. Poof!

Well I don't know... You could use a mop of course... but if you intend to have your picture taken with it, you might wanna let someone with real long hair stand behind you.

Nice pic!

DED, I don't think you know how close you were with "spaghetti"! I didn't notice at first that the napkins weren't enough to get the spaghetti residue from around my mouth. (Embarrassment!) So that yellow stuff around my mouth was what remained after I ate a big plate of ... you guessed it ... spaghetti! (And to think I had a whole box of "Wet Wipes" all of four feet away that would've gotten it all off!)

It was an incrowd joke
Frank ( on the right had planned to modify a deck for more speed than standard)
We like to keep it original , so no one fucks with Akai.
Now the joke is over and the T-shirt is for sale.
Nice to wear on the next ZPZ :P

The T-shirt was one size didn't fit all :D
