The Graduate

I watched this for the first time yesterday and by golly it's a wonderful film. Mrs Robinson is a truly disturbing character. The first half is also extremely funny.

It's a shame that Paul Simon didn't try harder with the music. He was supposed to write a bunch of songs for it but only wrote one (Mrs Robinson), and it was adapted for the movie when it really had nothing to do with it.

I can also relate to friends of the family hounding you about what you're going to do after college.

The great Dave Grusin does the additional music, which is excellent. Bonny, are you studying a Bachelor of Music or a Bachelor of Arts?

Bachelor of Arts. I don't think there's a BoM... would be great though, Master of Music...
