My days are made brighter by Ariel, one of the seals in the seal center. She is quite the escapologist and, in the past week, the staff had to catch
her every day to give her medication and fish. She's had me in stitches!

We are good it was over 200 miles away but when the earth gets to rocking it can be felt for some way...It was up near Fortuna CA very
remote...Bigfoot country up there not far from where the Patterson Film was shot.

Explosion in the Hague cost 5 lives. Dad's glued to the screen to see what's happened in his home town. Busy day tomorrow with groceries and moving
him back to his bedroom.

Day later, I'm at ZINY.
So two days ago I got started with Freak Out, Absolutely Free, We're Only In It For The Money, Lumpy Gravy, yesterday I played (not Ruben, CD turned
out to be damaged so I gave it a miss) Hot Rats, Weasels Ripped My Flesh, Burnt Weeny Sandwich (still a firm favourite) , Chunga's Regenve, Fillmore
East, Just Another Band From L.A., and Waka Jawaka.
Today Grand Wazoo, Over-Nite Sensation, Apostrophe ('), Roxy & Elsewhere, Bongo Fury, Zoot Allures, and am now on Zappa In New York. Great thing
is it combines well with the baby seal livestream I am now glued to.
In baby seal news - the storm in the UK and the Netherlands has orphaned a lot of seals, so over the weekend, 5 grey seals were brought in, the first
grey seal pups of the season. These have a white furry coat and are a lot bigger than the harbour seal, and they're also very cute.
