I love these guys. I dont know WTF they are singing about, but its kicks ass, and makes really good road music.

I like them! On the whole great lyrics too (though it's hard to find one without the word "herz" ). And they have the awesomest music videos you can find in Europe.

Heart. It's featured prominently on Mutter (mother), in the songs Mein Herz Brennt (my heart burns), Links 2, 3, 4 (questions numerous German proverbs
containing the word herz) and Spieluhr (music box). Also the lyrics to Sonne, Adios and Nebel refer to heart but using the word "brust".

Los? Don't know it. Don't know much outside the videos of Rosenrot and that other post-Mutter album.
Some of my fave lyrics come from Mein Herz Brennt. Lyrics + translation can be found here:

What do you think? I spent two hours on that! (And of course the colouring messed up in the scanner.)
I'm not blonde. But you may have noticed that from my picture.

Oh yeah! We even did a genealogical research of my ancestors on father's side. It's on the website. No foreigners until 1750.
We attempted a similar thing on my mother's side, but we didn't get very far yet.

Ah! Ha! there's the culprit.....your mother must have been of portugese extraction...
1750 that's it?!?
We got back to 1580 on my mother's side with proven records in Acadia to 1608. And on my fathers side we found 1625 in Normandy with speculation on
some documents from Wales going back to 1050 (remember Bill the Conquerer? He had some hefty soldiers of fortune that he hired in Normandy just before
rampaging the british isles.....
Bye the way my kids are both strawberry blond! like their dad! It's the Celts i tell ya. They had some big time genes...

We got stuck in Germany, with Johann Christian Pflug. My mother is very local, with most of her family in the same province. By now they've scattered
more.
Gosh... am just unlocking the keys to the family of mother's side... and getting real dizzy.
