I.m listening to music at this moment without playing something.
There is a discussion on the telly and the pc is silence. But in my head there is that stupid melody
Parompon....parompon
It was used in a TV commercial for the WNF in Holland.
Pictures of waterfalls and that music.
I thought it was classical theme but Bonny our expert thought that is was something nothing composed for the commercial.
Yesterday we saw the 3 hour movie Barry Lyndon and guess
In several parts beginning middle and end
Parompon........parompon
Grr
According to the music list it is Sarabande from Handel

Parompon ........Parompon

 It gets on my nerves too... especially Valkyries which is more about copying and pasting leitmotifs than attractive music. Alledgedly the most dangerous music to listen to while driving.

Current sound is more appreciable. I'm listening to my household getting rid of the christmas tree. I can't help because I'm allergic. Whew!

An Pierlé, Belgian (Flemish) singer/songwriter, born 1974 in Gent.

I know Pierlé from her collaboration with DAAU in 1996. She's on their album "We Need New Animals", and sang the beautiful "Broken" on it. The web-site with that music file is now gone.

I watched a few of those videos and I like it.
she reminds me of a cross between Margo Timmons, Cowboy Junkies, and Regina Spektor.
only saw the live vid of Helium Sunset, can understand what you mean.
also watched Kiss Me and Jupiter.
thanx!!

Original Helium Sunset is on the unofficial anpierle myspace (not the white velvet one). Not a perfect version, but still as odd as should be.

I'm seriously thudding my head. Once I was at a festival where she was performing and I didn't go to see her.
But who are Cowboy Junkies, Regina Spektor and Margo Timmons?
