Zappadan 2020
Well, now that you have nothing better to do...
How about joining in for Zappadan?
Now that I'm working from home I have the advantage that I can play Zappa at work - however I made it my disadvantage when I decided to go and visit
my boyfriend from 6/9 December. And of course tomorrow is St Nicholas, so I'll be having a slow start after this and need to get my listening cap on.
Which is good since I'm permanently wearing headphones anyway.
Sooo... today during work I was answering legal mail on which we have a huuuuuge backlog, but at least I got to listen to Freak Out!, Absolutely Free,
WOIIFTM and Lumpy Gravy!
Now playing Hot Rats. Also played Uncle Meat and Weasels Ripped My Flesh (I forgot to take Greasy Love Songs out of the rack) and have Burnt Weeny
Sandwich left to do. Life is great sometimes!

So today was Greasy Love Songs, during work Chunga's Revenge, Fillmore East, JABFLA and 200 Motels, and later Waka Jawaka and Grand Wazoo. Not a bad
score for St Nicholas but no YCDTOSA yet

I brought 9 disks to my BF with me, which I played all - some on the train, some in his office while he was working. So from the 6th to the 9th I
played One Size Fits All, Bongo Fury, Zoot Allures, Zappa In New York, and YCDTOSA vol 1 and 2. The last track on vol 1 disk 1 still hasn't lost its
awesome! More poetry please!
Today I'm making up for the lower FZ listening of the past three days with Studio Tan, Orchestral Favorites, Joe's Garage, TinselTown Rebellion, You
Are What You Is, Baby Snakes and The Man From Utopia. I will be treating TTR with car wax before playing to see if it stops Pick Me, I'm Clean from
skipping.

Broadway The Hard Way and have YCDTOSA 3 lined up.

Yesterday I watched Roxy movie and played Shut Up & Play Your Guitar, Thing-Fish and most of YCDTOSA 4. Also watched the Primus concert!
Today I wrapped up YCDTOSA4 and played Guitar and Best Band You Never Heard In Your Life.

Had pretty much all CDs except Yellow Shark and CP3 - today was YCDTOSA 6 and now I'm torturing myself with the AIVD puzzle and Yoko.

Did Yellow Shark and Imaginary Diseases and Dance Me This two days ago. Yesterday I attempted Lost Episodes but the CD-player in my home office
doesn't work very well anymore.
Today I snuck in some vinyl Sleep Dirt but unfortunately the head phone socket doesn't work too well anymore.

Played Sheik Yerbouti, Them Or Us, the rest of Lost Episodes, Feeding The Monkies At Ma Maison, Zappa / Wazoo and now Mystery Disk. I pronounce myself
done enough for the grand closure of Zappadan tomorrow, CP3.

Successfully completed Zappadan with playing a bit of Have I Offended Someone before my CD-player gave in, and Civilization Phase 3.
Happy 80, Frank.
