I wrote my first rap song...
This one is for Kat...
Its Title is: Beat The Boots
I’m looking for some truth
With you I see it good
It makes me be a pirate
The booty looks so good
The honey badger
And the jellyfish
Will wrestle all the day
Although we are too old
We beat the boots all day
We sail that sea so much
Navigators we must be
I’ll see you Friday Night
When we go back out to sea
The old romantic fool
Will be cumming out of me
🏴☠️⚓🤠

It's Plook on Tour Breaking News!

My last day before my layoff is 3 weeks from today, I had been trying for months to get enough support to stay and many were in but I got a call last
week in which I was told it wasn't looking good...

All week I have been joining meetings on severance package, insurance, 401K, and a company that helps us try to find another job...

The offer is very generous with a good amount of money, insurance for almost a year, and a lot of assistance for seeking new work.. .

I was resigned to my fate...

Then this morning I received a call from my Line Manager saying "things have turned around!"

Then my Director of Operations sent me a Teams message saying "Glad to be able to continue to have you onboard, we have a lot of work to do on the
quality side and we will lean on you alot for this."

I still need to receive the documents they say it will take a few days.

But there's more...

Sunday is the Dweezil Zappa Rox(postroph)y gig at the Warfield in San Fransisco...

Get the ship out...

Getting ready to head to San Francisco for DZ and ironically the toilet went crazy and flooded the master bath and bedroom and hour and a half later
Kat and I and soaked up the mess, hoping the wood floors do not get damaged...Such is life, but on the sunny side we see some Zappa tonight...

One of my favorite songs and albums, I always found the Guitar solo albums helped me organize my thoughts...That DZ concert worked good too...
