Southern rock is one of my guilty pleasures :D. I think Skynyrd is ok, and
I also dig the Allman Brothers Band.

Hey kids! Do you hear that sound? . . . Freaks will be coming from miles around!

I haven't heard enough either

I did like Stevie Van Zant in the Sopranos, though...heh

I'm a real Little Feat nut...I saw 'em in July '76 at the Hordern....6 months after the FZ/OZ show

I don't mind southern rock if it's well done and not too cringeworthy

Oh, I love Allmans at the Fillmore, but someone nicked my double cd set

Are Georgia Satellites classed as "southern rock"? I like their first album....

Man i love Sweet Home Alabama! My band does 20 minute versions where we go through reggae, trad-jazz, sly stone funk, etc. maybe a drum solo... ahh, much fun.
