C2B3 is nice, has a few strong good songs. Unfortunately it also has Gabby Lala.

Hearing this suddenly made Les fall from his pedestal. If THAT can make an album with Les Claypool, then I can win the Eurovision Song Contest.

Are you sure? She advertises herself as a cross between Yoko Ono and Hello Kitty.

... Let's just say there's only little doubt about taste. She gives me a headache... kinda like that Fuz-band we discussed earlier.

I was actually wrong about the Motley show, it was Killing joke and not Fugazi who supported them...my mistake, am always getting them two mixed
up....

When are these guys coming to Europe? Saw them once on the Tales From The Punchbowl tour, that was great. I kinda lost track of them when 'The Brown
Album' came out, but the DVD releases have rekindled my interest in all things Claypool.

Soon, we hope... Their last European tour plan was for Summer 2000, which didn't take place.

Hopefully anyway! They dont seem to be too popular over here in the UK, which is a shame, and usually puts off bands coming over......

... They had a few dates set for that tour... one in Tilburg, and one in UK. Don't worry Gojira, they'll be back!

I get the impression that Claypool is pretty big on the US Jamband scene nowadays.. probably plays for huge audiences there, instead of small clubs in
Europe. I saw Primus in Nighttown Rotterdam in '95 I think (whoah, that's 10 years ago, I'm growing old.. ).
Hey kids! Do you hear that sound? . . . Freaks will be coming from miles around!

That would have been September 18th, 1995, with Korn opening.
Currently Les is working with the Fancy Band, featuring Gabby Lala (a Yoko Ono replica, music OK but that singing! ) on sitar.
