A friend of mine lent me a CD of a Lalo symphony to copy. But personally, I don't think I'll bother.

I havent heard it yet, as I pre-ordered it, and it shipped today, as the UK release is Monday. It is 29 minutes long, with four tracks. I can however thoroughly recommend the self titled debut and the Heartache Ep. If you liked Godflesh, or indeed most of Broadricks past, then Jesu will slay you.....I will let you know my thoughts on Silver as and when.....

I didn't know they had gotten together again, never really been a Frost fan though even if I possess To Mega Therion as any good metal freak should (I noly bought it a few months ago cause it cost 4€ :D). I'm gonna check that new record out.

Absolute fucking legends man. Check out Into The Pandemonium too, a truly ground breaking metal album, absolutely timeless.....

Just pre-ordered

Zorn's newest project is a hardcore song cycle scored for voice, bass and drums. This powerful rock unit features three of his most illustrious, longtime cohorts who have worked together in bands such as Naked City, Fantomas, Mr. Bungle and Electric Masada and are keenly in tune with Zorn's language and aesthetic. Musicians are always at their best in Zorn projects and Moonchild is no exception. You have never heard these players as up front, on the edge or as inspired as they are here, raging through eleven pieces of terrifying intensity. Drawing on preverbal language and the primal power of rock music, this is Torture Garden with an alchemical twist—spontaneous, complex and evocative. Eleven new Zorn compositions executed with a ritualistic passion that will take your breath away.

Personnel:
Joey Baron: Drums
Mike Patton: Voice
Trvor Dunn: Bass

Absolutely aqua!!Onslaught ruled / rules.....Its a shame though, because Testament are playing London with Onslaught supporting, but we cant go.....Due to ZPZ being on the same day! Not a bad reason to miss it, but wouldve liked to have gone anyway, because Testament are great live, and have never seen Onslaught....

Just picked up Death Angel Act III, great fucking album there too.....

That Death angel record is my favourite, I remember I kept listening to it when it was released, I simply couldn't stop listening to that thing.

Now I'm looking for "History of a time to come" and "Dreamweaver" by Sabbat. I remember they were quite trendy in the early 90's (in france, at least), but for some reason I didn't buy them. I'm getting more and more interested into old things like that, bands like Vio-lence, Mekong delta, Coroner and suchlike.

I was exactly the same ! Act III rocked my teenage world for a good while too! We saw them on that tour also, with Forbidden at the Hammersmith Odeon, fucking great show.....I love Frlic Through The Park too, its kind of a tie between the two for me....
As for Sabbat albums, Ive been trying to them on cd also, for a while now, especially Dreamweaver. If you find them anywhere, let me know!Great band...
